White Feather Care offers a variety of flexible, heartfelt services that can be tailored to suit the differing needs of each person whether they be older, infirm or just if they or their family need a bit of general help and support.
Slots are booked by the hour, please contact Emily for prices.
All mileage for running errands, trips out, transport to appointments etc is charged at 45p per mile for required services outside of a 10-mile radius
Evening appointment can be made by prior request only.

Services available include:
Companionship and emotional support – a friendly face and listening ear for those who are lonely, and simply want someone to have a cup of tea and a chat with.
Support with life admin such as how to pay the bills, use a computer to order shopping or make telephone appointments and letter writing.
Undertaking shopping trips and other errands.
Accompanying people on shopping trips, visits to garden centres, cafes or community-based events – a wheelchair is available for taking people out and about.
Personal care assistance – we are able to help bath, shower, or help assist to wash and dress for the day
Respite for partners or families – we create a secure space for individuals to follow old hobbies and pastimes whilst reassuring loved ones and giving them the chance to have a few precious hours to themselves.
Providing an experienced point of contact for health professionals enabling people to utilise all services and resources available to them whilst helping them to understand and digest information. White Feather Care is also happy to accompany you to appointments.
Light household duties such as putting the washing machine on, washing up or making of beds.
Dementia Care
White Feather Care has experience in caring for those with dementia and is able to provide a reassuring one-to-one sit in service or chaperon patients to hospital and doctors’ appointments.
We also have strong links with The Countryman Club in Holnest and is happy to arrange and accompany
people to sessions at this amazing facility.
